How we source and check content

We may use AI tools to help draft parts of articles — for example, summarizing publicly available retailer information or organizing research notes. Every draft is fact-checked and edited by a human member of our team before publication. Nothing generated by AI goes live unreviewed.

Measured vs. manufacturer-stated figures

Where we report a number ourselves — a price we observed, a restock time we logged, a shipping cost we paid — we label it as measured by us. Where a figure comes from a manufacturer's or retailer's own published specification, we label it as manufacturer-stated. We do not blend the two without saying which is which.

What we do not claim

We do not describe products as "tested" or "used for weeks" unless a named member of our team actually did so and we say who. Restock and lottery information on this site is aggregated market intelligence, not a personal product review, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we correct it. Material corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected article with the date the correction was made. We'd rather be told about an error than not — see our About page for contact details.
